Can I just say a huge thank you for your incredible hospitality last week. The lunch was absolutely divine and thank you to you, your charming waitress and the kitchen team for making sure that I felt well looked after.

Wow – well what can I say – thank you very much for helping create such a memorable and enjoyable evening last night.
The feedback has been a resounding success with everyone commenting on the “stunning flowers”, “attention to detail” and “delicious food”. You were both wonderful throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure working with you both.

I was extremely impressed with the fact that you managed to pull everything together so quickly and maintained complete control. Your staff were courteous and I especially liked Stevie by the door.

 

 

I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to you and all your team. Everyone was so happy with the whole day but when you’ve been planning things for so long – once the day finally arrives it’s all a bit overwhelming. Everything went so smoothly, your staff were so efficient and slick! I was amazed that every time I had a sip of drink my glass was immediately topped up – no stone was left unturned!

 

 

Your enthusiasm and passion for the food and its presentation when we first met won you the job and we were so pleased how everything worked out up to and including the day itself. I realise that we challenged the ‘English’ norm with the ‘Danish’ touches but that was what in the end made the whole wedding so unique and special.

 

Ben So this is what I wanted. A 70th Birthday Party for my husband Stuart on a Saturday lunchtime for 65 family and friends from 6months upwards! Venue to be found. Well, what fun we had with all that planning. The food, the drink, the flowers and more beside. You created exactly what I had in mind ….the sun shone and it was a great Celebration in every way. All the guests leaving at the end with bunches of those wonderful flowers…..(they loved that touch) You are amazing…no fuss at any time just perfection

 

It was enjoyed by everyone without exception, and it all went like clockwork – so a big thank you from us all here at UMAL both to you personally and to the supporting suppliers and their staff.
